We just released a feature that allows you to insert images inside your Teambox pages.
This will make it easier to share mockups, guides or results with your team and clients.
To attach an image, simply create an “Image or file” inside your page, and upload any image file you’d like.
Teambox is all about tasks, and helping you stay on top of what you have to do.
We tasks a lot it internally, having more than 500 tasks in our projects. And today, we’re announcing some great improvements in the way you can use tasks: Inline tasks, live search and create a task by email. Let’s take a look at those.
We all work with lots of tasks, and we thought it would be better to be able to access that task without leaving the page. So, if you now click on a task from any view, it will expand inline. You can always open it in its own page by middle-clicking it.
When facing projects with hundreds of task lists, we had already filters that help you find tasks by assigned person or date.
Now we’re introducing a new live filter, that allows you to find just the tasks that match some text. You’ll find it on the sidebar of your Tasks section.
You already know how you can interact with Teambox using email. We added a new feature so you can create tasks by sending an email very easily.
Just send an email to yourproject+task@app.teambox.com, and we will create a task which title will be the email’s title, and with the email body as a description. It also accepts attached files!
